Apple Watch - Cheap Copies on Alibaba - Be Aware

With all the fuss surrounding the new Apple Watch that has been long awaited, it was only a matter of time before someone, somewhere, thought that it would be profitable to make a cheap copy.

After all, with Android being free to install and electronics getting smaller and cheaper - it doesn't take a genius to work out how to make a small, wearable, Apple Watch copy.

China's most popular online shopping service is now showing devices branded as the iWatch which feature digital crown dials on their sides, similarly styled straps and almost identical user interface to what is believed will be on the Apple Watch.

Although these devices only cost a fraction of the cost of the Apple Watch (around £25 pounds) they have a fraction of the functionality. They run Android and don't measure your vital signs to see if your still breathing.

However, it is suspected that due to the lack of features they will almost certainly have better battery life!
